ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Kyle V. Davy, AIA, is a principal faculty member of the Senior Executive Institute offered by the American Counsel of Engineering Companies. He established his consulting practice in 1992 after sixteen years of professional practice as an architect. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Susan L. Harris, PhD, has been bringing state-of-the-art leadership and organization development to build environment professionals since 1993, including serving as a principal architect of the Senior Executives Institute offered by ACEC. Her 24-year consulting practice has included many other industries. She holds a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in English Literature.
